Our forging facility also features Twin Motors for Effective Energy Control, Enhanced Multi-Station Forging, and Individual Ejector Pins for 3 Stations.
We have press lines comprising crank-type, and screw-type presses from 630T to 1000T.
Our crank-type press (1 No.) has the capability of handling gross weight of job up to 1 kg., and diameter 90 mm. Our screw-type press (1 No.) has the capability of handling gross weight of job up to 2.5 kg., and diameter 125 mm.
Our 1000T screw-type press (1 No.) has the capability of handling gross weight of job up to 5 kg., and diameter up to 180 mm.
