Teeth Cutting Section
The teeth cutting section is crucial part of the infrastructure of the company and primarily two main procedures are carried out in it as mentioned below:
Hobbing
The perfection oriented company that RACL is, its main focus is to maintain a distinctive flawlessness in all aspect of its products therefore the devices used for teeth cutting are highly advanced and blessed with latest technology. Most modern machines like Gear hobbing and CNC Gear shaping machines are installed in this section for processing of gears. These have up to 6 axis CNC control systems making hobbing a smooth process.

Spline Rolling
In order to solidify our infrastructural facilities, we have installed spline rolling machines in our production unit that is one of the best and efficient machines to carry out the soft processing of gears. This revolutionary equipment conducts all the functions in an unobstructed manner enabling a time bound completion of various manufacturing assignments. In other words the advanced spline rolling machines has enhanced the strength RACL’s infrastructure to a great extent.
