Shaving Section
The shaving process of the gear is done mainly to shape it as per the exact requirements of the customer's drawings.
In order to carry out various steps of gear shaving in an unobstructed manner this section is equipped with sophisticated shaving machines sourced from Kanzaki Japan, Red Ring USA, Churchill England and Russian Gear shaving machines. In addition to this, the inbuilt technology of these machines empowers these to design and develop DIN 7 quality of gears.
